Thought i'd ask here..starting a 12 week fitness challenge..any moms interested?
I am signing up through my gym (golds) to do this. I missed the Jan 19th sign up so next for me is Feb 2 but i'm starting on monday.
Just wondering if any moms out there are interested in doing it along with me. I could start a thread of activity/food etc that we can check to keep one another motivated.
I just really need something i'll commit too, i have about 15-20 pounds to lose but i'd take 10 and be happy right now!

i would love to do this i am dyin to loss this baby weight but my problem is i have NONE to watch DD while im at the gym. DH leaves for work at 6am then goes straight to college till 9pm each day. :(
