Those with hip pain....
What are you doing for it?
Lately it's getting worse and I am only able to walk everyother day and even then after 25 minutes it's hurting in my hips and tail bone.
WHAT IS THAT and how can I made it feel better, or better yet, STOP!!!

I take tylenol, but other than that, I cry out in pain and suffer.

my dr sent me to Physical therapy and it was the best thing ever. REALLY helped. I was at the point where I couldnt walk at all DH had to help me around but now I am so much better!
