Those with Gas heat
Do you have a service contract and if so, with who?
We usually have ours with Keyspan but the price seems to have gone up alot in 1 year so I want to shop around.
We want to cover the burner and the hot water heater only.

We use lone star and I can't remember off the top of my head what the yearly price is but I think it is pretty reasonable and they come quickly if there are issues.
