If you use your pack n play's bassinett for your newborn to sleep in at night (i.e. in your bedroom or their nursery). Where/what do you put baby to sleep in during the day?

Also, what do you use for sheeting/mattress for the pack n play?

I was thinking of a quilted sheet as lite "padding" then a cotton sheet on top-- do you need any liners for wetness or sheet savers or anything like that?

I got 2 PNPs. We registered for the fancy one with the music, vibration and attached changer (BTW- the only thing we used was the changer. Music and vibration total waste). We got the PNP with the intention of DD sleeping with us in our room since a PNP would carry us further than a bassinet. As started to realize that sleeping in our room during the day would become annoying for us, going up to check on her constantly, even with the monitor and how it would be more convenient for her to be on the living floor with us (we have a split). So, long story short, we bought a very simple, inexpensive PNP and used one in our room and one in the living room. We got it at BRU- I think it cost about $80. We figured once she was in her crib, the other PNP would be the travel one or stay at my parents.

They sell sheets for the PNPs. We didn't layer- the inserts to the PNP have a little cushioning and they can be wiped down if they get wet

I'm going to use the PNP as a bassinet downstairs for Baby to sleep in during the day. At night, I'll have the Rock n' Play sleeper by my bed upstairs.
