Those who use All Free & Clear detergent

Do you find that certain odors linger in your clean laundry?

I've been using it since I was pregnant, LOVE it...but randomly there will be a smell on our dirty laundry (like when DD threw up on her bedding a few weeks ago, that smell lingered; and DH was at his brother's the other night and they made a fire out in his firepit-- that fire smell is still on his clothes). I do an extra rinse and put in a little extra detergent, but the smell is still there.

I don't use fabric softener.

For DD's bumper/etc that reeked of vomit even after cleaned, I sprayed with stain-spray (even though it wasn't stained) so it at least got rid of that odor.

I liked it for a while - but yes I agree - so we switched a while back to Tide Free and Clear and it is so much better. Have you tried that one?

I've never noticed this. However, I usually throw some baby Oxi clean in with each load. I also soak anything that is heavily soiled or smells funny to me.

I use alot of shout too. I saturate spots with it. I should own stock in it! Chat Icon

When I was using All F&C I still did the Shout and Baby Oxi-Clean so I never noticed any smells.
