those who do acupuncture
I am thinking of going to an acupuncturist to deal with my stress level/infertility issues.
Can you girls recommend some places in Nassau?
Also- does your insurance cover these treatments? and if not, how much are the sessions?

He's great! $60/session. Dr.B's office recommends him, as well as many of the ladies on this board  (I ran into Daisy21 and PurpleC there)

I don't have one for Nassua but wanted to add that my insurance did not cover any treatments. I paid $360 for 5 treatments. For me it was worth every penny, I'm hire strung and have zero patience so this really calmed me down and taught me how to relax.

I do not have a place in Nassau but i go to Ron Sandoval in Huntington and he is amazing.
I paid for the first visit cause its one hour 120.00 then for 6 visits i pay 400.00 which is only 66.00 each. Not bad at all. I love it... I recommend this to everyone. My insurance does not pay for it but its well worth it...

I go weekly in Suffolk, it is $65 and worth it IMO. It relaxes me and makes me feel better.
One of my friends doesn't ovulate on her own, after 2 years of meds and fertility treatments she basically gave up and started the adoption process. She started acupuncture at her DH's urging as a last shot resort and on her 4th month of it got pregnant on her own! Just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

i went in the city so i dont have a long island rec. however i loooooved it. mine wasnt covered and cost $90 a session or their were packages. i went for several months and had improvements in both my relaxation and clarity, as well as my lining. i stopped going shortly after my BFP but only because it was so expensive. my insurance did not cover it.

I also see Andrew Kaplan, he is awesome!!! He is very accommodating with his hours. I go basically every Sunday morning, it's a great way to start a Sunday!!!
