Those that were in NICU at Stony Brook
My boys received an invitaion to the 1st Annual NICU Family Festival at Stony Brook.
I thought that was cute, but strange.
Anyone else get one that delivered at Stony Brook

I delivered my first there... 12 yrs ago...no invite.....not sure I would want to go back.... that was a rough time.

Diane, i work there so i can tell you about it... we do it every few years.. it's a march of dimes thing.. everyone who was born in the last four years is invited.. they have lots of things for the kids...face painting, rides, bouncy things, stuff like that.. it's a support thing and it's nice for us nurses to see the babies we've taken care of.. also, alot of the moms who are in the NICU for a while get close and it's nice for them to get together.. it's actually very nice and very fun... i will be there with my boys!!!
