mine took about 5 weeks through citi.
i had LOTS of issues with them though (the original person i was working with was fired, then one quit, then the third guy was brand new and had no idea what he was doing). after speaking with a manager there, i finally got to close on the day before the application was going to expire (3 months after starting the process)
