those that put rice cereal in bottle....
DD spits up a lot and I just spoke to her dr. and she said to try a little rice cerial in her bottle. She said to put 1 tsp. of rice to an once of formula. Is that a lot??? How much rice to formula do you use??

yes--the formula weighs down with the cereal and they spit up alot less.
I tried it 1 or 2x then stopped until they were 4 months.
I still put in formula and use a y nipple sometimes.
I eyed it.
I think my doc said 1 tbsp per 4 ounces.
so like I said Ii eyed it.
I dk how much your dc drinks.
I'm sure if the doc said that much its fine...eye and it and see if its too think--

We did this when they suffered from reflux. The ratio was 1tsp/oz.

Just out of curiosity did this help? Im breastfeeding and dd was just diagnosed with reflux, maybe when pumping I can put it in.....

At around 2 1/2 months I started putting 2 tsp. rice to a 6 oz. bottled.

myu son drinks 7 oz...we put in 2 tbsp of oatmeal....he is 3 months

My doctor said 1 teaspoon for every 4 ounces of formula. It worked WONDERS for my DS.
