Those that "failed" their 1 hour
what was your "score"? Just like when I was PG with John I failed the 1 hour, yet passed the 3 hour. I know with John my point was 1 higher than it should have been, this time it was 170.

sigh... I got diagnosed with GD.... (a fairly mild case).... my 1 hour score was something like 168. It was definitely in the 160's
For the 3 hour, my resting and last level were fine, but the rest were elevated, so I failed that too

this time the cut off was 130, my 1 hr was 160!! I even fasted too.
I failed the 1 hr with all 3 kids but passed the 3 hr

I failed the one hour with a score of 185 and passed the 3-hour, so don't worry about the score, it does not always mean you will fail the 3-hour.
I think the one hour is not as accurate, it is just a screening and I think most people need more time to break down that sugar!!

Mine was 238.........skipped the 3hr. and was sent right to the endocrinologist and diagnosed with GD.

I failed the 1 hr with a score of 182 and I fasted. Somehow, I passed the 3 hr. Good luck
