Those that do one nap in morning...
When do u give them lunch? DS is transitioning to 1 nap. I'm kind of trying to push the nap time, but right now it looks like he goes down around 1030/11 and he may wake up for a normal lunch time or he may sleep until 2. I just give him lunch then, but it seems late. Just curuous what others do.

When DS originally transitioned to 1 nap, he would take it around 12...He would only wake around 8 so he wasnt in the mood for lunch before his nap so I would just give him lunch afterwards...whatever time it was.
My thought was that if he was hungry he would wake up earlier and we could adjust accordingly.

My DD is up between 7:30 and 8am and usually naps between 12:30 and 1pm. She has bfast right when she wakes up and I usually squeeze in lunch about 45min before her nap so around 11:30-12:00 I feed her. If I wait until after her nap it would be waaaaaay too late (almost 4pm) and then it screws up dinner. She usually has a light lunch though since she naps so soon after she eats.
