Those that did IVF for baby #2
DD is 14 months and we are ready to start trying for #2. It took us 2 yrs to conceive her (multiple IUI's, IVF's). Did you have to go through all the testing again with RE for #2? or did you go right into IVF?
TIA

Re: Those that did IVF for baby #2
My DD will be 15 months in a few days. I am currently 24 weeks with our second baby. The only things we had done, as far as testing, in preparation for the IVF was blood work (they ran some, but not all, of the same panels) and a saline sono.
ETA: I was never a candidate for IUI because of my DH's failed vasectomy reversal. Because his sperm had to be extracted or aspirated, IVF was the only option.

All testing needs to be up to date to do another IVF or switch Dr's

Re: Those that did IVF for baby #2
We had to do testing again but we did not do any IUIs the second time around. We did an FET first and then went right to IVF which worked. We did try on our own a few months before seeing the RE again as well.
And just for the record... I'm now SURPRISE pregnant with baby #4 after dealing with infertility for #1 and #2 (which became #2 and #3 with twins). So.. you never know!
