Re: Thomasland
I went last summer. It’s cute. There are 3 parts to the park. The first part had carnival type rides. The second part is Dino Land, which is a 5-10 min walk looking at animated dinosaurs. The third part is Thomas Land which has new rides. My son loves Thomas so he had a blast. When we went, some parts were still under construction, but we still had fun. I saw some people brought small coolers with food and drinks into the park.
I’ve never been to other kid parks like Sesame Place or Dutch Wonderland, so I really have nothing to compare it to. My son wants to go back, so we’ll be doing it again this summer.

How long did you go for and where did you stay? Was there anything else to do in the area?

Re: Thomasland
We just went for the weekend. Stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Middleboro.
Drove up Friday, had dinner with friends. Spent all of Saturday at the park. The kids were tired, so we picked up dinner and ate in our hotel room, Sunday we drove home.
I wanted to go sightseeing in Plymouth, but it didn't work out for us. Also, Cape Cod is about an hour away. You can go see lighthouses or go to the beach.
On the way back, you can stop in Mystic,CT and go to the aquarium.
If I go again, I would probably stay in Cape Cod and just go to Thomas Land one day during my trip.

Re: Thomasland
We went for the day this past summer. My son liked Thomas so he enjoyed it. He liked the train that goes around the entire park. We got there at 10 and left by 4. We spent the next day in Boston.
