Now the pharmacy called and wants $1400 for the follistum.
W T F...
I thought, $900 at the most, but $1400??????????????
That's for two.
Should I only get the one or should I get both of them?

It's very expensive and you will probally need at least 2 depending on your dose.

Unfortunately Amy is right, depending on what dosage you will need at least 2, it also depends on how you respond to the medication, if you are a slow responder you may be on the drug longer. I think there are some pharmacys that will give you a break on the costs, I've seen posts here, I'll do a search.

Sorry to hear that, follistim is really expensive
you can sign up for designerrx.com, it's free and it can give you maybe 10-20% off the drugs

So I paid for the darn stuff, and I also got Ovidrel which looks scary (I hate needles!)
Thank goodness for flexible spending accounts, but we are running that up fast.
