this is taking forreeevvveerrrrrr!
im smack in the middle of my 2ww and this is by far the most torturous 2ww as it was our first iui.
We had a few things going for us.. perfect sized folllie, natural O, well timed IUI and count was 4.8 million after wash. The NP said she couldnt have asked for better circumstances.
Although I appreciate the sentiment, I hate that my hopes are up and we have an 8% chance of this working.  I know Im setting myself up for dissapointment
Im already devastated every month I get a BFN on a natural cycle, I can't imagine the dissapointment Id have if it doesn't work after doing this.
If we get a BFN, I don't know if I can do this again.. I feel like Im holding my breath for 2 weeks!!

i know how you feel....we just finished our first IUI and the 2ww drove me literally insane! it was soooooooo slowwwwww. we ended up getting a BFN so for this cycle we booked a 4 day getaway during the 2nd week of the 2ww  i figure i'll be less obsessed if we are on vacation and i promised DH i wouldn't pack any hpt's
i hope you get your BFP!!!!!!!

The 2 ww is the worst. I remember going to the movies with my DH, going out to eat, reading doing so many things to distract me even though they didn't work. Try and stay positive, everyday I played positive music and in the end I got my BFP, the first one in 7 yrs. Good Luck!!

thanks girls!! I do have a trip to chicago planned for this weekend..so that will break it up.
I already have symptoms that AF will show up so I guess Im looking at it realisticallly.
Just curious, what kind of positive music did you play? Did you have a playlist or a cd title that you dont mind sharing?

It is hard. This is my 7th iui and we are in the 2ww now. I just keep hoping it's the 28th already lol
