This is really gross, but...
here goes. DS has a bad cold. He of course can't blow his nose, so I get what I can w/the snot sucker, but not a lot comes out (even w/saline drops) and he ends up swallowing some - I can hear him choking/coughing on it. He is taking amoxicillan and his poop is green, STINKS worse than ever and has alot of mucous in it (def. from the cold, I think). Does this sound about right?

Re: This is really gross, but...
May I ask why he is on antibiotic for a cold?
I hope he feels better real soon
DD gets mucousy poo too when her colds are in full force, i was told that is normal, her spit up is also way more mucousy.

oh - yeah the cold caused an ear infection (fluid built up behind his ear drum) - hence the antibiotic. I assume that's causing the green poo and the cold is causing the mucous. Im probably a little paraniod since mucousy poo was a symptom for his milk allergy

oh okay, poor little guy. I would give a call to the PED just in case about the mucous, i think the smell is def normal.
