This is my first year...
I won't be Fasting for the holidays!  
I'm a little over 8 weeks and we haven't told anyone yet. We're planing on telling right after my 12 week Dr appt so tomorrow since we'll be with my family DH and I are going to have to sneak out and get me some light snacks or something... till we have all the bagels tomorrow night. Yummy! Although I don't think we can have lox or any tuna. I guess I'll have some creamcheese and a tomato.
Yum!

It's bad, but I'm quite happy I don't have to fast this year. I had to fast over 12 hours for my glucose test though today so I think that makes up for it.

Wow! So you pretty much did fast...
I know... I'm going to feel guilty having breakfast tomorrow in front of DH b4 we head to my family, but... Oh well. LOL

yeah-- I *try* to fast-- but, I usually don't. This year at least I don't have to feel guilty about it!

No fasting for me either! In fact, DH is taking a nap now and I'm shoving apple pie down my face so that he doesn't get jealous. And even better news....You CAN eat lox! It's technically not raw fish---it's smoked so you're good to go. And if you miss sushi, like I do, you can eat Philadelphia rolls because it's made with smoked salmon.
