things could always be worse!
a co-worker walked by and asked how i was doing. i mentioned that i was all alone in my dept, today.
he said, "it could always be worse."
i smiled and nodded quietly.
he went on to say, "... you could be pregnant and not know who the father is"    
the man has a sick sense of humor!
did make me laugh though
edited because i don't know how to spell simple words

that would have totally brightened my day...
I love that type of sense of humor... one that comes out of left field and slaps you on the behind like a rolled up wet towel.
