There is no way to make DS nap longer right?
I know I've posted about this a million times, but I just need to ask 1 more time before I lose it. He only takes 2 30-45 min naps in the morning and afternoon. When he wakes up after only 30 mins I have let him CIO again (after CIO to actually fall asleep) for another 30 mins. I hate doing that to him again. Once he's up, he's up, I feel so horrible letting him cry before and after sleeping. He's just always falling asleep in the car. I leave him for as long as he wants bc I feel he needs to sleep more. I tried putting him down earlier and later. I dont think it matters.
I know some people just always had bad, short nappers but he really used to go down for 2.5-3 hours. Did this happen to anyone who had a good, long napper and it just stops and never goes back to the way it was? I know he was younger, but it seems like he's always tired! He'll be 10 months next week. I really feel like I'm doing something wrong.
