There is a baby . . .
. . . opossum sitting outside my basement door!! We think it may have fallen down the steps and can't get back up. 
I told DH that if it is there in the morning he will have to save it.
Maybe it's a sign...

be very careful - they can get nasty if they feel trapped!!! my parents had one that got stuck on their fence once - lord, the thing was spitting and making these noises!
