Therapist?
I suffer from mild depression. It's actually gotten better with the pregnancy 
However, I'm worried that I will wind up getting PPD after baby is born.
Am I being paranoid???
If not, does anyone have any recommendations for a therapist in the South shore (Nassau) area?
ETA: I do not take any medication, and I refuse to get on any.

I don't live close enough to offer any recommendations but I don't think you are being paranoid at all. You are being smart and getting a safety net in place now in case you need it later. If you don't great, but a lot of people do. I am in a similar boat with anxiety issues and plan on continuing therapy especially after I give birth. Good luck!
