The Price Is Not Right For Rosie
She got her wish!
Rosie O’Donnell met with producers on The Price is right last week and now, according to Fox News, she’s been offered the job!
Yet, despite a large proposed salary, the recently departed View cohost refused the offer.
Why?
She was unwilling to relocate from New York.
O’Donnell was hoping to fly out to Los Angeles, where Price is taped, and shoot several episodes a day for a couple of days a month, so she could spend most of her time in New York (and Miami) with her family.
This is probably for the best.
The Price Is Right is not the vehicle for Rosie.
She needs a better platform!
What would that look like?
According to the Fox report, it would be “some kind of package that would put her on daytime, where she’s friendly, and nighttime, where she can be ‘herself.’”
Now she won’t have to take her bipolar meds! (Figuratively speaking.)
