The perfect morning
Woke up with Alex at 6:30am, and cuddled in bed in the guest room watching her shows for an hour. She said she was hungry, so we got up, stayed in our PJ's, went to the kitchen and made pancakes together as we listened and danced to some music.
And, then, as we ate our pancakes, Alex turned to me and said, "mommy, I'm happy... thank you"
It's these moments that make memories, more so for ME than anyone else! I absolutely ADORE having a kid!!
