I've posted about this guy before - and this is only ONE of his crimes.
Unfortunately, the others can't be proven. He acted as a caretaker for a very disabled old man, and fed the old man's dog PILLS when no one was looking. The pills caused liver failure, and the dog, Chewie, died.  The azz always said Chewie was annoying....and the azz was the only person with access to the pills the dog ingested, causing his death.... The poor old man loved his dog

I HATE people who do this. I think they are among the lowest of the low in our society. They should lock him up in a room and let him starve.
The penalties need to be much tougher on animal abuse crimes and we need more inforcement officers on the streets.
