I've read it...twice. I found it pretty helpful and encouraging though some of it is a little more technical (re: Eastern medicine) than I could follow.

awww..thanks. I think it would be one of those books that I would go back to a reference things so I wouldn't want to borrow. I was thinking of the library or buying it but that's why I asked.
If it's one of those books I would keep referring to then I would buy it, if not then I would borrow.
