The heartburn HAS arrived!
All day I have felt it
Is there ANYTHING I can do to stop it?

Re: The heartburn HAS arrived!
I had it so bad towards the end. I lived on TUMS and drank so much ovaltine.
But, now my baby has a milk allergy and they told me next pregnancy to avoid dairy in my third trimester. So, I know its bad, but go easy on the TUMS.
Its amazing how it disappears once the baby is out.
Are you carrying high? I carried high the whole time and they said that contributed to it.

No....I just found out last week, so that's definately not the cause yet!!
But I DID drink a few ounces of milk & that helped enough so I could fall asleep at least!

I have had it bad since about 10 weeks. So Tums and milk are my friends.
ETA, if it bothers you at night try to see a little elevated, with an extra pillow or something.

Re: The heartburn HAS arrived!
I am in heartburn he!! too. The other night a nurse told me to try a warm cup of milk with 1 tsp of honey in it. I have had this before bed the last two nights and so far it has worked. I am keeping my crossed that it continues to work. Give it a try, it might work for you too. Plus it taste really good.
