The girls with GD...
How are you keeping your fasting numbers below what they should be? All my numbers for the rest of the day are fine except my fasting. It's so frustrating. I would hate to have to go on insulin just because I can't control one number. The nutritionist said last week that I should be having a snack at night (around 9:00pm or so) but I'm just not hungry and usually am asleep or trying to sleep. What time do you eat dinner and then what time do you have a snack? And what kind of snack do you have? TIA.

Your fasting number is important though. I would have a piece of cheese or maybe an apple or bananna.

I've been trying to have a cookie when I wake to go to the bathroom but it doesn't seem to be helping.
