Scott what are other houses on your bock going for- b/c I didn't think $489 for a 5 bedroom all redone house is that crazy....

IMO, not worth 489K.
Yes, it's dormered and cleaned up but I'm looking at what they put in and a lot is real, real bottom of the line. Those bathroom vanities will be lucky if they are intact in 5 years. Did you noticed that both baths are done with the exact same materials? I know it's a flip but I would have made the vanities different or something.
Kitchen, they could have hidden the electrical panel by building out a small box on the wall or hinged a frame. Would have taken a couple of hours.
It's a "clean flip" but not worth 489K, especially in this market. Maybe 450K?

I agree..but they have to start on the high side. They will probably get in the mid to low 4s.

The house across the street was $479k and now $465k for the past 6 months....and the house down the block was $500k and is noe $455k for the past 2 years
Our house was very low priced for the block.
The house 2 from me was high $460's but that was last year....and the house was done nice with a huge yard
