...but we might not know until Friday.
They should have a special Maury episode for this.

I think Howard K. Stern knows exactly who the father is. He was trying every delay tactic possible to avoid today. The question now will be who does this child live with. I really hope to G-d that Birkhead's lawyers are good enough for him if she is his child.

It probably is Larry but I don't know why I want Howard to be the father...It seems like he really loves the little girl....I don't think he wants her for the money..he is already getting 27 million (from Anna's money) which I think is plenty...

NASSAU, Bahamas (CNN) -- A Bahamian court may rule Tuesday on who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn.
The court had ordered DNA testing to determine the father of the child, who has been at the center of a paternity dispute since she was born in a Bahamian hospital in September.
While there is a court hearing Tuesday in the Bahamas, the results of the DNA testing may not be revealed.
Participants in the case are under a gag order that will be enforced until the court proceedings are over. It is possible Tuesday's hearing will be continued until Friday.
Smith, 39, died February 8 in Florida from what authorities later determined was an accidental drug overdose.
Her daughter stands to inherit millions of dollars from the estate of Smith's late husband, oil tycoon Howard Marshall II. Until her death, Smith was involved in a legal battle over the inheritance.
Smith publicly identified Howard K. Stern, her lawyer and live-in companion, as the baby's father and listed him as the father on the child's birth certificate.
In September, Stern said on CNN's "Larry King Live" that he and Smith were confident he was the father, and "based on when the timing of when the baby was born, there really is no doubt in either of our minds."
But Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith's, insisted he fathered the girl.
Birkhead, an entertainment reporter and photographer, said shortly after the baby's birth that he accompanied Smith to doctors' appointments until a "minor disagreement" took place while she was pregnant.
After a protracted dispute over the burial of Smith's body, Stern and Birkhead began battling in Bahamian courts over the child, and a judge ordered that a swab be taken from the girl for DNA testing.
Stern then asked the Bahamas' Court of Appeal to block release of those test results, arguing that the judge had misinterpreted the law and his order invaded the girl's privacy.
Earlier this month, appellate judges questioned why Stern was raising legal claims after giving consent to the DNA swabbing. Stern's attorney then withdrew the appeal.
Stern was ordered to pay $10,000 in court costs for the abandoned appeal.

I thought I heard that the only thing going to be revealed was if BIRKHEAD was the father or not. 
So, if Birkhead isn't the father, then we still won't know because Stern hasn't taken a test, right?
I hope Birkhead isn't the dad only becausehe has no job, HUGE attorney's fees and lives in a 1 BR apartment. What kind of life will the baby have?
That is, if she doesn't inherit Marshall's $$$$$$
