The anticipation is killing me!!
We put a formal offer in yesterday (on Sat it was just a verbal), the sellers are VERY gun shy...
Apparently they had 3 offers fall through as the buyers couldn't get mortgages. We are putting a lot down, and will need a small mortgage as a result... So, we are scrambling to get a different pre approval from a lender they trust... they didn't like who we had it from before-- it was just a local guy here that our realtor recco'd.
We gave a counter offer to the potential buyer on our place on Sat... our realtor said we should hear back that day... well, it/s Monday AM and we still don't have feedback on that-- and we need this buyer to get the house!!!
Every time I start talking about this=-- DH just tells me to relax since there is nothing I can do about it now-- and just wait patiently. Does he even know me??!!!!

I know how stressful it is, but your DH is right! good luck I hope it works out on both sides!!!
