The @*$^( Insomnia is Back
I have been waking at 3-3:15 am every night for the past 5 nights or so...and canNOT fall back to sleep!! Sometimes I finally doze off at 8am to wake at 9am...it is making me cranky and miserable.
Anyone have any suggestions?????

ugh I wish I did, I was doing OK for a few weeks, then BAM now I cannot sleep again.

I'm a freaking zombie today.
I'm getting to the point where I can't roll over without purposely waking up to move.
The last few nights have been rough.

I'm sorry!
I moved from my bed to my couch and last night was the first time I slept thru the night in 6 months. BUT, I was waking up b/c I was uncomfortable.

My dr said the lowest dose of Ambien is okay to take... he gave me a script for it... maybe ask your doctor about it...huggy:  I too wake up every single night multiple times... sometimes I cant fall asleep until 3, 4, 5 or 6am!! Its terrible!!

I have had the same thing for the last 2 weeks. I sympathize.
I slept till almost 12 NOON today , probably because I got about 1 hours sleep last night

I take 1 Tylenol PM but it isn't doing the trick -- I am desperate so tonight I may take 2 - or a unisom...

Ive been up since 5am!! and I was up 3 times during the night to use the bathroom!! I cant sleep anymore either!

was up since 2.00 am today...and now I have the doc today! ugh...
the house is messy and a whole list of things to do...
oh..and I might add-my dh thought he would get lucky b4 work...

i've been tossing and turning a lot...I'll wake up because the leg on the side i'm laying on hurts, and i'll keep turning back and forth every couple of hours
