Thanks to Ang - question about the Leapster 2
Since ang mentioned X-mas, I have begun to get some ideas
I was thinking of getting miki the leapster 2
any reviews?
Is this good for a VERY smart  3.5 year old (she will be 3.9 months at x-mas)

Both Genevieve and Billy have it and will play it for hours. Sometimes if they need help and I start playing, I cant put it down lol
I recommend getting the rechargable battery pack otherwise you will go thru batteries like crazy!

is there a specific one you have? it seems like there are a few to choose from
do they use cartridges or are the games preloaded into the device?

We got them for my kids when they turned 4 and they love them. The cartridges are seperate and about 20 each. I always try to find coupons and wait for them to be on sale. The games are also for certain ages so later they can use the harder ones.
