If you have a valid, current prescription for it, you should be fine.
The only thing is, did they ask you to list all meds you were taking BEFORE you took the drug test?
If so, you should have listed it on there.

If they didn't ask up front then they will definitely give you a chance to prove you have a legal prescription once it shows up
