Car accident question (re: red light cameras and insurance)
Call his ins co Monday. Provided they accept liability, They will send out an appraiser in a couple days. You then take the ins co's estimate to your shop and they will work off of thy estimate, and put you in a rental.
If you happen to get a red light camera ticket, you can fight it. Send a copy of the police report filed from the accident, showing you were rear ended and pushed into the intersection.

You need to call your car insurance company and let them know you were involved in a car accident. They will help you navigate the process.
