would you sign this oil deal?

I would NEVER sign any type of ceiling plan. Because think about it... who decides what the current market price is? The oil company can just arbitrarially make up any number they want. Would never, never, never do this.

Either lock me in for a year at a fixed rate, or I go COD where I can choose which company I want to get my oil delivery from. That way when you have more than one oil company competing for your business, there is at least honest pricing happening.
