I forgot who recommended this, I started taking More Milk Plus and my milk supply issues have been completely resolved!!!! DS is satisfied after every feeding, and I've started building a huge supply in the freezer!!! I thought I would never get to this and I am so excited!!! Whoever recommended this THANK YOUUUUU SOOOO MUCCHHH!!!
I was taking fenugreek and drinking mother's milk and I was still ahving to supplement during the day. Now DS is BFing all day!!!

I've recommended it before too..I love it (although not the taste  ). The liquid I heard works faster, but if the pills are working,

just so you guys know, the liquid supposedly gets into the body faster

Wow, thanks for posting this. I just returned to work about a week and a half ago, and I have seen a pretty sizable decrease in my supply  I guess it doesn't help that I only get to pump 2x during the day, and for 15 minutes each... 
I'm definitely going to try this...this is the 1st time since DD was born that I'm starting to lag behind her with how much I pump at work vs. how much she drinks while I'm gone.

when i wasnt at home with my dd i was a marketer..i BETTER do it well
seriously though, thank you..i wouldve stoppped BFing if it wasnt for that stuff
