terrible stomach ache
I'm 13 weeks and I have a terrible stomach ache today! TMI, but I also had a little diarrhea this morning. The stomach ache is up high, should I be worried or does this sound normal?

there is a chance you have the 'stomach virus' that was going around....that's the way it was for me....
take it easy, get lots of gatorade and see how you feel tomorrow.
eat brat diet items & see how you do:
bananas
rice
applesauce
toast

whenever my stomach ache was up high, it was gas. For some reason, my gas like to trap itself so high - almost under my ribs. 1 GasX usually does the trick.
