Termite Inspection (cost and rec.)?
Just finished signing contracts to purchase our first home and need to schedule a termite inspection. Does anyone know how much this costs and also do you have the name and number of a termite inspector that you would recommend? TIA!

Ours was done through our lawyer he hired someone for us and I cost around $75-85
