Tenderness?
I'm very early in my pregnancy but I've had such horrible boob tenderness. Ok, it's been borderline painful. I'm at the point where I think I may wear my bra to bed and 24/7. Anyone else have this symptom? Anything I can do?

I'm in the same boat as you right now! I was reading that it's normal because your breasts are already getting ready to produce milk and by the 7th week they can already grow a cup size I also read that wearing a supportive bra even while sleeping can help. Feel better!

Re: Tenderness?
I had the same thing... I found being braless but in a camisole with the elastic felt A LOT better than a bra... I also found I felt so much better after a hot shower. I would just let the water run over them and then when I rubbed a bit of lotion on them very gently afterwards... Otherwise Im not sure theres much else to do

Re: Tenderness?
I had this too in the beginning... I got a sports bra-like bra (but more comfy) from Target to wear to bed. It's called the "Emma" nursing bra. I bought a few more (another one last week) & since sept I've worn one to bed EVERY NIGHT!!! it helps soooo much!!!
also, I think my boobs stop hurting so much around 11-12 weeks. Now they dont really hurt, they r just GINORMOUS!!!

Re: Tenderness?
I had that. they got huge and sooooo sooo sore. Really not much you can do. I wore a bra most of the time bc it felt better to have the girls contained. The tenderness goes away over time so that's something to look forward to

Re: Tenderness?
Thanks ladies. I have bras with no underwires so they have been working out. Took a nice warm shower and that helped but definitely keeping them "in" seems to be the best option right now.
ETA: I'm defintely going to look into a camisole and all you recommendations.
