Does anyone know more about this? I've recently been to the doctor and I am extremely nervous about my upcoming flight on Qantas, with all the problems they have been having lately (I bought my ticket before all this happened). I was prescribed this.

I have taken Xanax in the past, but I think Temazepam is more common here. I've never had it before and it is making me nervous. I am going to try it out before I get on the plane. Is it just like Xanax?
