Tell me to stop feeling guilty!
I am not feeling well. I had sharp pains in my stomach and back all night and it kind of hurts a little when I pee (sorry TMI). Instead of calling in sick I am working from home.. yet i still feel guilty. UGH. I think its because my coworker is out and I am supposed to cover for her. I got about 1 hour of full sleep and I just can't function. 
Why do I feel so guilty when I clearly do not feel good and need to see a Dr?!?

I feel the same way! you have to press stop in your brain and SCREAM I need to take care of my body and my baby. NO worries hun its nor mal to feel like that when you are a responsible adult.

Don't feel guilty!!!!!!!!
Remember you are also taking care of someone else now and that someone else is DEF way more important than your job! I know that's hard to remember and I usually feel guilty too but you do no one any good if you are not at your best so take care of yourself!
