Teething / Sleeping question, may be silly

So DD is 3 months this week. Before we left for Ireland she was doing 7-8 and sometimes a 9 hour stretch at night. She goes down very easy and would go right back down after eating.

While we were there she had a few rough nights where she was there we chalked it up to jet lag/growth spurt. When we got home we see that she has a tooth cutting through.

Side note- I'm also back to work since Monday Chat Icon

She still goes down no problem- but has been getting up 4 times a night, and also getting up earlier. Last night she didn't get up, but has been up since 530 Chat Icon

When she gets up I've been nursing her back to sleep, I know it's more of a comfort to her (she doesn't want the paci)! Am I starting a bad habit? I normally wouldn't do this but since she is teething I feel bad that she is uncomfortable.

Also, if she is getting up way early (like today) what should we do? She is talking and gabbing away.....

DD STTN at that age also but once a month for about 4-5 days at a time she would wake in the middle of the night. I figured it was growth spurts and always BFed her back to sleep... didn't worry about habits at that age. Once she hit 6 months if she did wake up (which was rare after 6 months) I tried not to BF her and either DH or I would just rock her back and she would usually go right back down.
