teeth whitening.......

I got the urge to get this done...... what do you ladies suggest? I'm open to either the more professional ones (brightsmile, etc) or the cheapies from the drustore... Just wondering what you ladies have had good experiences with and recommend!! TIA!

My friend did brite smile and her teeth are so white now.

I tried the crest white stips but it hurt my teeth and I didnt read the directions which said don't drink coke, tea, coffee because it can stain your teeth since its so porous after the strip. So my teeth got even more yellow!!

ah!!! I remember using the crest white strips yearrrrrrrs ago when I was in college.. I remember they just worked 'ok' for me..

Hmm I'll have to look more into brite smile. I figured this would be something vain to focus on before getting a BFP... since I would imagine it's probably best to do that BEFORE getting pregnant

I am a teeth whitening addict!

I had ZOOM done about 7 or 8 years ago. I had done the crest strips beforehand, so the dentist showed me on a color strip what color my teeth were at the moment (they were around a 4 or 5 out of a 10) and how white they would become which was about a 2.

I loved ZOOM. My teeth were so white and I got many compliments on them. They look very good in pictures.

Since then I do Crest Strips/Aquafrsh Strips every once in a while, but I never commit to the whole week or whatever. I recently tried Brite Smile and i haven't kept up with it.

I also just started using this arm and hammer whitening booster that you put on top of your toothpaste. My teeth feel squeaky clean after brushing and I am going to keep up with that too.
