teeth brushing question?
when do you start with the non-floride toothpaste and a tooth brush? DD is 9 months and has 6 teeth so should I be doing this already?

I like that it's all natural, natural flavor, and it has the finger toothbrush - she wasn't allowing the bristle brush in her mouth too easily!

I started using once the teeth dd had in mouth were high enough above the gum to be able to brush. Shes only got 2 on bottom and two on top.. I just went straight for the reg. baby toothbrush (not finger one) and shes great with it.. she opens her mouth lets me brush and then i let her brush for a bit herself. She pretty much just sucks on it.. looks like shes brushign her tounge so it works for me.

we just started recently. at like 15 months. We used the finger brush before that.

We started at about 8 months when DS got a bunch of teeth. I do the same as a previous poster. I brush first and then DS takes over and attempts to brush. We brush morning and night to start a healthy routine now. GL

I started as soon as she got teeth. She actally loves getting them brushed and opens wide as soon as she sees the brush. Hope it stays this way!
