I just clicked on the link and these pictures freaked me out. I am a huge animal lover but this is even a little over the top for me. I get that no one was harmed but at the end of the day this is still a wild animal who could end a life with one bite. Putting it in bed with your teenager daughter is just a little too risky with me. However, Neil is beautiful.

I also read this happened while they were filming the movie "Griffith herself required 50 stitches at one point after being bit by one of the cats, and cinematographer Jan de Bont had to have his scalp sewn back on after being attacked."

Yeah, I don't agree at all with having a lion as a pet. I found another link and you could see that the lion had been declawed and its canines were trimmed or pulled? The link below has a bit more text.

I am so jealous! In all seriousness, I don't agree with them being kept as pets (or in the zoo). That must've been so childhood though. They even slept in bed together.
