Yikes! Definitely bloated but I know that some anti-depressants and mood stabilizers can do that to you (if she's still on them). Hope she is getting the help she needs and that she can stay out of trouble.

Among other things, it's bothering me that the bikini top looks so padded. She got boobs - she doesn't need the pads. It's not fitting her right.

She could have worn a more flattering bathing suit IMO.
Farrah, Maci, and Jenelle have gotten boob jobs. Didn't Farrah and Jenelle both have issues with money? No wonder MTV is on season 4 of 16 & Pregnant. These girls are clearly making decent money from these shows if they can go from getting scammed out of money (Farrah) and stealing a credit card (Jenelle) to getting unnecessary plastic surgery.
Yet I still watch every episode.
