Technical question / android smartphone and tablet
Can someone help me figure this out please? I downloaded a few games on my tablet but they didn't show up there - they showed up on my smartphone (the accounts are linked). How do I get them to show up on my tablet so there is an icon I can just click to play the games?
I've downloaded games before and this was not an issue (they showed up in both places) so I don't know what I did wrong. TIA.

If you do it from the web, you can only download it to one location at a time. Go back to the google play store and redownload it for the device that is not installed.
If you do it for the phone, it will only download to that device and not the others.
Even if you purchased something, you may download it to another device that is on the same account.

I downloaded from the web onto the tablet, but it showed up on my phone. When I go to the online store, it says I already downloaded it (only it's on my phone, not my tablet).

That is strange. Click on installed on the app again, you physically need to select which device you have if you have multiple set up on your account. Did you use the same google account, they will show up.

For some reason, the link to the Google Play store on my tablet does not link to my phone (the accounts are not linked together). I tried going online through Google Play and using my email account, but only my phone came up. When I used the link on the app page of my tablet, then it worked. I had to download and install separately for my tablet. Weird.
