Tax question
How long can you claim your children on taxes? Someone told me she can no longer claim her kids as deductions but they are 5, 8, and 10. How is that?

Re: Tax question
Your child must be under age 19 or, if a full-time student, under age 24. There is no age limit if your child is permanently and totally disabled. My parents claimed me through college.

Re: Tax question
If your friend's income is hit by the AMT (alternative minimum tax) she would loose the personal exemption.

Tax question
the more money i'm making the less money i can deduct from my son. which IMO is ridiculous. i also found out i'm phased out of claiming my student loans...which is another story. lol
