Target return question...
I bought a Holloween costume for one of my sons, and it doesnt fit, and want to get a larger size. I dont have the recit, but the tags are still on. Will they let me exchange??

If you paid with a credit card, I believe they can look it up that way.

they are horrible with returns now  i wanted to just exhange a gift i got but they wouldnt let me without a recipet and it was target brand!!!
