I've had great and just okay experiences there. My sister recently had a not-so-great experience.

Target Portrait Studio (Bay Shore)
They took great pictures, but the girl helping me order my pictures was texting the whole time. It was DS's first Christmas, I had no point of reference about ordering pictures. It was enough of an annoyance that I did not go back.
